Costabeber Luciano & C have learned to design and build high automation plants, with automatic loading and unloading goods, painting working process with robot. This plants are examined ad hoc for every customer, we test the characteristics of the pieces to be painted and the paints type, we realized the results expected, and we attained special plants build ad hoc for any customer.
Convention ovens
Costabeber Luciano & C design and build convention ovens for all dimension and for every need, we have a large range of ovens: electrical, gas, LPG, methane. We built drying ovens from 0°C to +70°C or with heating ovens from 0°C to +250°C upon request to +400°C, in all ovens it can set temperature thresholds, also at presence of dangerous substances we built ovens with anti-explosion standards.
Conveyor plants monorail or two rails with descenders
Costabeber Luciano & C srl design and build flying conveyor in all dimension and for every need, in addition to be used in painting plants, it can be used to support the production line, many companies used this conveyors in assembly lines. Pretreatment systems
Costabeber Luciano & C design and build pretreatment systems with steel pieces AISI 304 and AISI 316 for every customer need. The product for tunnel in market are many, we satisfy all the requirements to ensure the best washing piece from normal tunnel in 3 level (1 degreasing + 2 rinses) to tunnel with 8 levels with double degreasing and demineralizer.
PAINTING BOOTHS
Costabeber Luciano & C srl design and build:
• Dry Painting booths, suitable for liquid painting plants, through the filter that collects paint high efficiency, cut down over-spray
• Water film painting booths, dispose of 3 filtration systems, in the suction wall of the cabin there is a veil of water that breaks down the grossest part of over-spray
• Turbine painting booths, an innovative booth with water without pump, in first step filtration through water veil, and second step with aspirations tubes with a mix of water.
• Powder painting booths, powder painting booth single color or with powder changes, on customer request we arrange also booths full of dust recovery
